Licensing

Once your build is paid in full, you receive full ownership of the custom design and content we create specifically for your website. You are free to use, modify, and host it as you wish.

Websites we build may include open-source libraries, frameworks, fonts, and tools that are governed by their own licenses (for example, MIT, Apache 2.0, or SIL Open Font License). These components remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their licenses.

We only use components whose licenses permit commercial use in client projects.

Any stock images, illustrations, or media we provide are licensed for use on your website. If you supply your own images or content, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to use them.

We typically use openly licensed web fonts (such as Google Fonts). If a project requires a commercial font, the appropriate license will be identified and its cost included in your quote.

Any internal tools, build systems, or reusable templates we use to create your site remain our property. Your license covers the finished website, not our underlying development tooling.

We may display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer we keep your project private, just let us know and we will honor that request.
